Our staff is fully trained and equipped to meet the service requirements of our clients. Alliance Biotech & Analytical Ltd. proposes annual contracts with the objective of reducing or even eliminating the need for remedial interventions which are frequently penalizing for a laboratory. Excellent results under testing conditions have allowed us to establish a dynamic and efficient service structure. Our service engineers, microbiologist and application chemists are fully equipped to provide immediate on-location backup services to our customers. Similarly, the after sales services personnel of Alliance Biotech & Analytical Ltd. are fully trained to not only intervene for preventive or remedial maintenance on all laboratory equipment, but also for installation and training needs.

We offer Service Level Agreement on a wide range of new equipment purchased from Alliance Biotech & Analytical Ltd. The Service Level Agreements include full comprehensive servicing and repairs, including spare parts according to our principal’s warranty. Service Level Agreement customers are assured of priority scheduling, faster response and access to all the experts that are available to us within our regional, national and global network.

Free end-user training is given on all equipment sold by Alliance Biotech & Analytical Ltd as required. Our technicians provide the training on the operation of the equipment, while the product managers can provide application training. We can also organize free workshops and seminars on various topics such method validation, temperature mapping, calibration & qualification of equipment’s etc.


All equipment sold by Alliance Biotech & Analytical Ltd includes free installation. Our technicians are all qualified to install all our equipment. In addition, they have been sent overseas to the manufacturer for technical training.
